Overnight Oats

An excessively hearty varity

  • 1/2 cup large flake oats
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp hemp hearts
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp poppy seeds
  • 2 tsp flax seeds
  • 1 tsp crumbled walnuts
  • sprinkling of blueberries

Combine all ingredients except blueberries and mix well, stir in blueberries, cover and let soak overnight in fridge
