Overnight Oats
An excessively hearty varity

- 1/2 cup large flake oats
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp hemp hearts
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp poppy seeds
- 2 tsp flax seeds
- 1 tsp crumbled walnuts
- sprinkling of blueberries
Combine all ingredients except blueberries and mix well, stir in blueberries, cover and let soak overnight in fridge
